Hunts
Marketplace search tool I'm building for myself
Turned repeat browsing into saved searches and alerts, with enough structure to keep testing the product without pretending it is finished.
I'm building Hunts from the way I actually shop for resale: specific brands, sizes, conditions, prices, and a sense of what is worth watching. It consolidates listings and surfaces deals I'd actually want without checking Grailed, eBay, and Depop separately.
The Problem
Finding good resale pieces meant checking multiple marketplaces, rerunning the same searches, and trying to remember what a fair price looked like. The search problem is partly technical and partly taste: knowing what is worth tracking before the good listings disappear.
What I Built
Built a saved-search tool around hunts: specific brands, sizes, prices, conditions, and keywords. The app pulls matching listings into a feed, adds pricing context, and makes promising finds easier to review from one place.
Who It Helped
This is built for me first, then a small group of friends who shop the same way and want fewer manual marketplace checks.
