The Challenge
New inventory from sellers arrived as files that required manual parsing, cleanup, and research across multiple systems before they could become usable records. The process was slow and error-prone.
The Solution
Built a system that intercepts seller files from the inbox, sends them to TableFlow for extraction, then fills in the gaps by matching sellers and brands against existing records and standardizing everything to Airtable's structure. It attaches original files and stores the parsing run so the whole process is auditable.
