The Challenge
Offshore contractors were spending too much time finding images, downloading them, dropping them into the template, exporting again, then uploading everything back into the marketplace. With the volume of listings moving through the team, keeping images consistent across all items was hard to maintain.
The Solution
Built an automated flow that pulled the right images, applied my hero-image template, and pushed the finished assets back into Ghost's listing database. PhotoRoom handled the visual adjustments needed for consistent merchandising, Airtable stored the listing IDs and gave the team a simple trigger to run the process, and n8n handled the workflow so no one had to do the manual steps anymore.
